The original Lytton Arms Pub was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, the brother-in-law
of Lord Lytton. Built around 1877 it replaced the previous Inn which is now a private

logo may still be seen in the wrought iron work of the pub sign located at the front
of the building. This is believed to be the last remaining artefact of the brewery.
